I've seen some of the Spider-Man cartoons over the years and the 1st one that comes to mind for me was Spider-Man: The Animated Series when it was on Fox. This was at a time where I felt TV was a bit better but that's not the issue. Currently, it is available on Toon Disney along with two other shows being Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends and just recently Spiderman: Unlimited.
Personally, I have enjoyed the Animated Series the most and think it was rather well done. For the time, I think they captured the characters and really put it together to keep it interesting. Sure, there were a few weird moments like how Morbius couldn't drink blood despite being a Vampire and there are laser guns but you can look past it and see it for what it was. There were 65 Episodes for the entire series and had many stories.
Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends I didn't see because at the time it wasn't on until a few years ago I believe on Toon Disney. It was fine for the time but it was before I was born.
Spider-Man: Unlimited I wasn't aware it was on but when I saw it, it was quite different. For instance, the story is mainly on a place called Counter-Earth and had some rather different characters. The Goblin isn't evil in this one, which really is a twist. The only thing I wish they had done with it is have a conclusion. I would have liked to have known what happened. Of course, you saw Venom and Carnage in it as they were a couple of the main villains. I think it was interesting but just would have liked to have conclusion and not end on a cliffhanger.
I know there are other ones out there but I have yet to see them all. Which one do you like the most and why?
