Hello, I don't know if someone has faced the situation. Now it let me feel embarrassed. Story is as following. My headquater office offers me two tickets for a tour in a famous resort in Nov due to my good performance. And the President will meet me at the last day of the tour. but my local GM said I'd better not to enjoy the tour and a cash award replaced. He think it will impact other employees if I enjoy the tour, becuase he think all performance is created by the whole team, If only one person get the chance, it will be not a good one. If I apply for the cash award replaced, the whole team can share the award. From my veiw, if I go to the resort, there will be two tickets, that means, I can go with my friend, we can enjoy the whole. If the cash is replaced, the money is only for one person ticket, and also it will be shared in the team, a small is to go to me. I don't want the little. The final dicision maker is myself for the tour according to headquater. but I don't want to let my local GM disappointed, and I also want to have the tour chance. Really don't know how to choose. , could you help me and give me some suggestions? thanks
