how often do u doing exercises per week?

Doing exercises is good for our health. we are told at least 3times per week. When i was in my high school, we are forced to exercise everyday. But now, too lazy to do. Seems as we grow older, we are lazier . Last year, i played tennis every weekend, or table tennis. but now, never did any for many monthes, I am wondering when i will go. myself even have fitness card,however...never been once. how abt u friends? thank you for sharing

I exercise just about everyday for at least an hour; on good days up to two hours. My body is part of my buisness as a personal trainer it's imporant for me to set a good example for my clients and to stay in shape! I do slip sometimes, but everyone does. The most important thing is to have fun while exercising because if you don't or your training doesn't make it intresting then you won't stick to a program.

I exercise at least fifty minutes per day seven days per week,Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday mornning.Monday,Wednesday,and Friday evening.When i dont exercise i get resless sometimes weary and lazy.When i am fit i have energy non stop i feel strong and confident in every situation physical and mental.My exercise programme is easy three to five miles run (not too fast not too slow).Fifty push up,thirty chin up, seventy abdominals,stretch from head to toe finish with breathing exercise ten inhalation ten exhalation.when i am unable to go outside i exercise inside running on the spot lifting my knees waist height for twenty minutes.

i dont really exercise probably because im too tired from work that i cant find time to exercise. back when i was in college, i did crunches and weights, but that was then. back when i still had time for myself. i have to admit that ive gained a couple of pounds but that doesnt really bother me because i still have a normal weight for my body's built.

I've never been big on fitness. I think health is important, like not doing anything to detriment my health; but I've never found excercise necessary. I used to do crunches at least once a day, back when I wanted abs. But nowadays I don't excercise at all. Then again, I'm a skinny white boy with absolutely no muscle. But I'm fine with that.
