war why did usa go

Do you think it was smart for the usa to go to war in iraq because it so far has lead to mass losses of troops market downfalls and i think just playing right in to the terrorists hands. if there was a way to go back would you still want to go to war or would you change your mind this time and why?

would you let so many innocent people dye and do nothing about it, America entered the war to show the world that you dont mess with us, because they didnt get it after the atomic bombings. If we werent fighting the war in irqa they would have probably have come to our soil and there would have been many more attacks on U.S citizen. This whole war started because of some idiotic religious extremest, who believe that killing non Muslims will purify this earth(can someone say Hitler?) Although the war is expensive and it has brought our economy to ruins, I would much rather have the war over there than over here.
