what shall i do in order to enjoy life to the fullest?

i live in a third-world country and this makes me sick. majority of the people here live in a sub-human condition. i'm just lucky enough to live a simple life. personally i must be contented, but i'm not. my heart bleeds for the needy, for the marginalized, for the enslaved. the people manning our government who are supposed to help the masses are the ones enriching themselves instead of serving the people. those people who want to escape go abroad. while some of them get lucky, most of them become victims of racial discrimination, torture, violence, degradation. some of them are even raped, killed by their foreign employers and neglected by the government. i mean i wanna liberate them from their sufferings, but what can i do? i'm just a simple ordinary guy with own personal problems to attend to. but just the same this whole situation makes me really depressed. advice me guys.
