I dream to be...

Before, I dream of being a lawyer, that was during my elementary and mid-high school years. I thought I'd be taking up Law when I step in university but suddenly my mind changed. And I dunno why it happened. I took up Computer Science in university. Maybe its because of my love for computers, i've been addicted to computers on latter high school. And right now, i'll be graduating on April with my Computer Science course.

each person has many dreams .....but the dream which we make our aim in life comes true n nothing else....its up to us to choose from our dreams...i dreamed of being a engineer n i m studing engineering....thts we who make the path of success...gud luck...nice discussion!!

[i]Hi lloyd, The only way I can think of is that you have to know why you like it....to help others...to have a great career in the future and when you can identify the reasons and will see yourself happy in pursuing it, then why not! there is always a way when there is a will! LOL! In my case, I dream before to work in the bank and for some reasons, I ended up having another profession and after working, I realized, I am more satisfied with what I am doing! LOL![/i]

before I go to the university,I dreamed to be a designer. but my parents wanted me to learn finance. finally,I chose Finance,because I think it's very expensive to learn design. but soon,I did regretted for this decesion.because I am really no interest in finance even after I took it as my major. So,if i could turn back the time, I'll insist on my dream......

I'm just like you, I had dreamed to be a doctor since I was 6 year-old, in my country at that time you can't choose your college unless you get really high Average (like GPA in the US) in the last year of the high school, so I studied so hard, but before the tests started I got very very sick and I could not make it, and i obtained Engineering college which comes right after medical school in sequence. I was totally depressed and I could not study at all however after I graduated I found myself that I'll never be able to be a doctor, I noticed myself feel very sad when I see a sick child or dying person, and I believed if I had become a doctor my life will be miserable, now I'm totally convinced that this is a god's will he knows us better and knows where we do better to serve the community and keep the life going the on the right way. So just let it go and enjoy your time!
