Can any site sustain by giving away such an amount to every member.

Unless that was put for promotion purposes, their coffers will endeed dry out soon. If they are giving that out then they will soon be out of cash and will eventually turn out to be scam as you have put it. most sites give a $.005 bonus and i'm suprised they could go that high up
