Since most of the science in the Qur'an comes from the Hindus and the Greeks I guess the Qur'an proves that the Hindu religion is the true and correct religion. Much of the religious mythology comes from Judaism so the Qur'an must also prove the truth of the Jewish religion.

Science in Quran didn't come from hindus nor greeks, they come from (ALLAH)who creates science and everything.
Concerning Jesus peace upon him, we believe in Islam, he is a prophet and not a god
and he give to humanity the Bible, but not the present bible(the present bible is twisted)and this is prooved by different means, recently ,for xample by BBCNews, and that's the article: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/magazine/7651105.stm

I have a small question..
Does Islam believe Old Testament Bible is form God? and New testament is corrupted by some people? Is it true.. Is it mentioned in Quran also?
Answer this and I will ask a Scientific Doubt..

my dear
quran mentions about torah and injeel the first 1 revealed to moses (pboh) and second 1 to jesus(pboh). both if i m not wrong respectively known as old and new testament. in quran in chapter 5 verse 12 and 13 it is clearly mentioned tht the bani israeel (jews) had corrupted the verses and then in 14th verse there is something related to christians and then in 15th verse people of both the religions r adressed collectively and accused of hiding (the truth) from the book. further again in same chapter no 5 verse no 41 jews are accused of corrupting the verses. and in chapter 4 verse 171 the christians are addressed as they were exaggerating in their religion and told not to refer unto god but only what is truth specially in case of jesus and trinity.
so in short both the scriptures r holy but not necessarily the ones which r in the hands of masses today.

if that is the case what about those which are recorded 10,000 years back and still remaining true. which is more authentic? this proves one thing - quran has copied everything from the previous texts and claims them as their own. this is how islam works. the videos proves nothing but the silliness of those people. in many cases these same people have denied having said those sentences in the context the islamic scholars are claiming. this is just a propganda by picking and choosing selectively whichever suits them the best.
not worth going through those videos and wasting one's precious time.

Well oreodix, thanks for the post. I read through the speeches on the links you posted, and nothing there really proved that the Quran is an absolute truth. It simply takes some excerpts from some scientists speeches speaking favoribly of the Quran. It's along the same line of people that speak favoraibly of the Nostradamus prophecies. Just because someone speaks generously on a subject, or a book - it does not make it an absolute truth. Just an absolute opinion. I guess the wording "Quran proves Islam is truth" is a little misleading. Each religion's book of faith proves itself to be truth in the eyes of it's followers. I do respect some of the things in the Quran, but cannot personally come to accept it as an absolute truth.
