I had worked previously in night time and got a problem. I don't like to get up straight away after waking up. It's not important how long i am sleeping 5 hours or 12 hours i still lying down in the bad for at least half an hour. What about you? Do you have same problem as me?

I too dont like getting up immediatedly after waking up. I try to lie down for atleast 15 minutes always in the morning. So before going to bed, i always put the first alarm for 6:15 Am and then at 6:30 Am. The first alarm awakes me from my sleep and the second alarm is to get up from the bed.

If I wake up and I'm still sleepy, I don't want to get up, except for the fact that I have to because I have a baby now and I don't have a choice, sleepy or not, but I wouldn't trade it for the world, Ya know?

Oh my, yes, I couldn't tell you how many times I hit the snooze button on my alarm clock in the mornings. It's terrible. I lay there until I know I better get up or I'm going to be late for work. I should really get up as soon as my alarm goes off the first time, but it just seems to be so hard for me. So, I completely understand where you are coming from.

It's good for you that you snooze your alarm. Usually i am turning it off and than i am in trouble.

I have that same problem. To counteract it I try to set my alarm an hour or 2 before when I have to wake up so that I will wake up, turn the alarm off, and then go back to bed but not be completely asleep and then get up (to another alarm) when I really need to get up. So I wake up in phases, basically.

I think I have the same problem as you. I would still like to lie down a little bit longer before waking up from my bed. Therefore, normally I would adjust my alarm clock 15 mins earlier so that I do not have to wake up directly.

ate getting up in the morning. I have to set my coffee maker. I have little ones and they don't always sleep through the night. Let me tell ya what...I drag tail inthe morning. I wish there were something magic for the "waking up in the morning blues..." I lay ther and contemplate getting up unless my boys are terrorizing the house.
