Which Difficulty?

I play on expert, though I have yet to beat either GH2 or 3 on this setting. In GH2, the only song I have left to beat is Freebird... I have only tried it a couple of times because I get bored of playing the easy part so many times. In GH3, I am stuck on Before I Forget.
I was quite proud of myself when I beat both games on the Hard setting, especially GH3... Raining Blood is so hard...
My boyfriend beat GH3 on expert yesterday after being stuck on Raining Blood for months. He was actually able to do this after turning on the hyperspeed cheat (it just makes the notes come at you faster). You'd think this would make the game harder, but it helped him.
Which difficulty can you play on? If you're stuck, which song is it you cannot beat?

I don't own Rock Band but my friend does and we play it fairly often. However, I am always stuck playing bass, on expert of course, which is very very easy 90% of the time.

Ah I always play on Expert. I've beaten all the games on expert, but there are still a few songs that I just cannot do.
One of them is Buckethead from GH2
The other is Satch Boogie from World Tour.
Now I can do Through the Fire and Flames, but those 2 are insane ;D
