This discussion was triggered by one on robbery, but this is not really similar. When I was in my twenties I worked as a nurses aid in a local hospital. Onour staff we had a doctor who was about fifty, good looking and egotistical. We all called him Dr. Letch. well this one day I was trapped in the elevator with him, and a patient I was moving who was in a wheelchair,as I moved over to let another person get on, Dr.Letch made a nice big pinch to my butt.Startled I backed up and oh my accidentally on purpose stepped on his big toe, the one with the infected ingrown toenail. My I didnt Know a grown man could howl like that. My guestion to my fellow lady mylotters, did you ever have an ocassion like that where a man was taking advantage of you and you managed to turn the tables on him? oh yes I did apologize, even if it wasnt all that sincere. Oh my I am so sorry, did I step on your toe?:

Now that is funny!!! I wish I could have observed that exchange.. It served him so right to get his toe stepped on, he probably deserved more than that.. I haven't had that opportunity but hope that if I ever do, I can think as quickly as you did.. Now that is sweet revenge, good going Hatley..

I never had to do that to a guy. I did get out of a terrible situation by laughing and joking with two older guys when I was a young teenager, but that is the only time I felt threatened. I just walked away. Besides they were just trying to intimidate me.

hi suspenseful yes usually one can do that with some guys if you just know how. I had one older man come on to me on the buswhen I was going to work, He actually propositioned me, the crud, butwhen I got to work I told the head nurse, and she and I called the police, this old man came to the back door to p;ick meup as I had lead him to believe I would go with him, butinstead of being me that met him it was two female cops with me right behind them, my was he embarrassed and upset and tried to deny the whole thing, but since I was not the firstone with whom he had made that advance, and they had other complaints from other young women, they hauled him off to jail.

LOL. Similar things like that have happened to me also in my lifetime. I have got them back also and apologised for it also even though they deserved it.

I was a waitress in a 24 hr restrurant. We got all the drunks from the clubs, but mostly they were decent people. On morning at breakfast service we were packed, and one of the regular partyers had come in with a group that had been out all night. I had served their breakfast, ans was going around for coffee refills. Well this guy grabbed my arm and was not gonna let go. OOP'S! hot coffee in the crouch. I didn't apologize. I said my reflexes were trained for self defense and when someone touched me without my permission, they kicked into action, if he didn't want to get burned I suggested he not ever touch me again. After that he warned all his cronies, don't touch that waitress. Blessings Marilyn

hi dncmanning oh yes I do know what you mean exactly. I had one who was a young catholic father if you please, I would be sent in to give him a bed bath, and he would throw off all the covers when I handed him the washcloth and told him to wash "possible" you know I washed up as far as possible and down as far as possible, and he was to do the rest.I got so I hated to be assigned his room as I was never sure just how to protect myself from this character. He never did ac tually make the grab but he sure did try. finally it got so none of the aides would bathe him so they turned Ben the orderly over to him. boy did Ben make the priest toe the mark.I dont know why male patients think they can get away with that but at least I did teach a f ew of them not to do that to me. lol.
