After working at the same job for over ten years, I finally decide to call it quits and I am kicking myself that it took me this long and all because I now have a manager who can not do his job, he forgets meetings, internal request and pass off his errors on his staff when ask about unfulfilled duties.
Do not make the same mistake I did thinking that I would be faithful to my employer even if the pay sucks. Look around there is no such thing anymore as a security blanket and you are not indisposable.
Do a good job no matter what it is you do but move on without regrets when your job does not provide a challenge, room for advancement and does not pay you to put up with crap.

Good job for moving on, I know it's hard because you need to work to eat, but being happy is almost as important as eating, at least to me. I am sure you will find something better that will give you what you want, there are other opportunities out there and I think you are very aware of that so I don't really have to tell you hehe. I wish you the best of luck in your quest, happy mylotting, and have a good night or day.
