egg substitutes

CAN ANYBODY TELL ME ANYTHING THAT I CAN USE AS EGG SUBSTITUTE IN BAKING COOKIES AND CAKES.my baby girl has food allergies specially to eggs but she loves cakes and cookies and I love baking too. I hope you can help me.

I was thinking sour cream or mayonaise... well, the mayo NOT made with eggs (I found some with olive oil as the base.) I've also used applesauce in many recipes. Makes very tasty waffles!! Wish you well!
