choose the right exercise.

this time around, you are dead serious about staying physically active through regular workout. so how do you select the perfect exercise for you..here are some tips for choosing the right exercise. first, find exercise that you enjoy. one reason people quit exercise is boredom right? second, Adopt more than one type of exercise. exercising the same way every day not only becomes monotonous, it also increase the risk of injury. third,Vary exercise intensity.it will help you avoid injury and your muscles time to recover. Which exercise do you prefer for your daily work out? How effective was it for your body so far?

Well personally I prefer belly dancing and walking. I believe dancing is not only good exercise it's also enjoyable too. And I also love walking with my friends, whenever we go to plaza or we just walk while chit chatting. I don't like weight lifting exercises because I got pain on my hip bone whenever I perform weight lifting. How about you what exercise do you choose?

Yes all that sounds sensible to me, I hate to exercise but only because I am so lazy but of all the exercises I guess walking is my favourite and easiest, thank you for the info.
