hi there bvdev! Sometimes, it takes me a long time to fall asleep, i am not sure why but i can never just fall asleep, sometimes it takes me more then 45 minutes. But now i am catching on and i have figured out ways that help me sleep well. For one i try to keep myself cool and not sweaty. And every night or when possible i read for atleast 40 minutes. Reading helps me calm down after a long day of school work, i also find chatting to my friends helps me relax. Happy MyLotting!

I would think of my day and reflect, then silently I would say my prayers and thank God for the day that has been.

Hi bvdev234,
Sometimes when just before I go to sleep I have a warm glass of milk and say my prayers, then off like light.

Hi there bvdev234
I am usually on myLot before I go to bed. Sometimes I close down a little bit earlier and watch a bit of tv before sleeping. If I read before sleeping I always oversleep and am then rushing around getting my kids ready for school! I don't know it only happens when I read!
