life in iceland..anyone to comment?

anyone from iceland in this forum? how is the sentiment in your country now. is the situation as bad as what was reported in the paper? are u able to withdraw your money??

over here is much better. you can extract money & it is peaceful till now. but we are hearing rumors of banks getting collapse in the next couple of days & because of this a lot of people have withdrawn their money from banks & even emptied their lockers.

oh great. cos i read somehwere that the banks were unable to allow the people to withdraw their money as the banks were dried out. look likes it not true after all. best wishes to you
