Can we say it in this way? Which one of the sentences below is right?
1. I've taught English for more than 3 years.
2. I've been teaching English for more than 3 years.
3. I've been a teacher of English for more than 3 years.
Which one is your favorite?

hi dear woyyox, the second one is the most appropriate and grammatically correct!!
well frankly speaking the difference between the first and the second is if you say this sentence no 1 after you have stopped teaching , it is right!and i will refine it by saying so i taught english for more than 3 years!!
the first one is present perfect tense!!
the second in present continuous formation!!when you are still teaching it and have been at it for the last three years!!

i will better put it this way -i have been an english teacher for for three years. this also represents present perfect but in the different formation!!

I think Kushank55 is partially right.
"I have taught English for more than three years" -- this is in present tense. If you have stopped teaching, you would say I taught English for more than three years.

I actually prefer the 1st one- just seems to read and say easier. Of course I'm not an English major so your 1st poster may be right on.
