Do you know when your kids are lying?

Sometimes it is hard to tell if your kids are lying to you. I mean like little white lies. How do you tell if your child is lying to you?

I have a sister who is at the age that she loves to lie. We can always tell because she always rolls her eyes and then she says she is not lying and finally just admits her lie. All we have to do is stare at her. She is very bad at lying.

Thanks, im not sure if there is one thing that my kids do, i think not looking at you is one good sign.
