According to researchers in the United States shopping may be a costly business if a person is feeling blue.
Some research say people spend more when they feel down even though such feelings may be temporary.
Mine, sometime when I feel sad I go out but not shopping I always go to see anything that can help me feel good than stay at home. And you, When you feel sad can you go shopping ?

Well, I'm not a shopper. I don't shop when I'm feeling blue, I sleep. Yes, maybe I do shop but not when I'm blue, it's more of when I want to get out of the circle or events that are quite boring and routine. That's when I shop.
But when I'm blue, I'd rather stay home and sleep all day so that I wouldn't have a reason to get into a fight with someone, because when I'm blue, I tend to be hot tempered too and easily irked.

When I'm feeling blue shopping is the last thing I want to do! LOL When I have a bad day I just lay around the house. Shopping is fun for me. If I go shop I like to have a good time. So that would be the last place I would be if I felt blue!

I guess I could go to the shops if I'm sad but when I'm sad I couldn't be bothered going there.
