Me too!I have been wanting a dragonfly ever since I watched the Kevin Costner movie called Dragonfly. Before that I wanted a rose. I guess I could do both but never got the courage to do it..But just maybe one of these days I will and I would definitely have to find a reputable place to have it done so I know it will be done right. Probably more costly but worth it.

I have 5 tattoos. My first in on the top of my left arm, it's a rose and heart with my dad's and mum's initals on either side of my name in a scroll. And then a little scroll leaning off with my nan's name in it.
My second is on the top of my right arm, it's a pentagram with my sister's name above it and my brother's name below it.
My third is on my right shoulder, it's a little tribal peice with an S in the middle of it.
My forth is a line of open roses along the bottom of my back.
And my fifth is a black pentagram with a red celtic design going through it on my left leg.
I've designed all my tattoos in one way or another so that they are special to me, I don't go into tattoo places and pick one out of a book.

Very true... However... the ones that have meaning wouldn't be such a bad choice. I don't think I'd ever regret my daughter's name on me. My shooting star has lots of personal meaning and XXIX is my wedding date. My husband on the other hand has things people practiced on him which ... eh some I rather not see. lol

I have one tattoo. It is a 3 leaf clover with cherry blossoms bursting out. I got it on my hip below my bathing suit line... basically with underwear and a bikini bottom on you can't see it.
I want more though. My fiance and I are getting matching nautical stars after we get married and I want another one on my lower back and have thought about one on my ankle. I can't wait to get more!

No tattoos. My sister has a load of them, but people are different that way. Some want tattoos, some don't. She had a real challenge, trying to cover them up on her wedding day. LOL

I do have a tattoo. It is on my chest and it is a tiger with a rose comming out of its mouth. I got it when I was 15 years old. My mother had told me not to get any tattoos when I was living under her roof, so when she kicked me out I promptly went and got one. Then eventually moved back home.

Tattoos are not as bad as they seem. They do hurt a little, but they go numb after a minute or two...then the rest is easy. I only have two so far, one on each should blade. On my left should I have a cross with a rose on it, and on my right I have Betty Boop riding a motorcycle. I did not feel true pain until after the two hour mark on my Betty Boop.

I have four tattoos and will get at least one more.
I have a tribal design with a blue rose on my lower back, that I got when I was 19 after years of wanting it.
When I was 20 I got a tattoo on my left hip with is a scorpion (I am a Scorpio) with a blue letter "R" in its claws.
At 21 I got a tattoo I designed myself when I was 16, that I had been waiting to decide where to put it. On my right ankle there is a bar of music that the music notes are "B,E,C,C,A" because my nickname is Becca, and because I sing and write songs and play the piano and saxophone.
And finally when I was 22 I got a tattoo across the inside of my right wrist that is my last name, and my brother has a matching one in the same place. Maybe when my other brother is 18 he will also get one, but maybe not.
I will get at least one more: my daughter's name and birthdate. My husband will get a matching one, but we need a little more money before we can spend it on something like a tattoo, and we need to decide where to place the tattoos on ourselves.

I have 3 tattoos. Each of my tattos mean some thing. I would never put a name on my body nor would I put some thing that didn't mean the world to me. My lady bugs are for good luck and my back tattoo has a few meanings. The heart and eye are saying "watch your back" the wings and halo are for all the people in my life that have passed on and the horizon is to always remember "Seize the day"
I have a lady bug on my ankle
I have a lady bug on my shoulder
and the 3rd one is hard to describe but I'll try.
It is a heart with an eye in the middle. that part is located on the spine and the bottom of my back. Under it is a "horizon" and attached to the heart is wings above the heart is a halo.

To have a tattoo is really a difficult decision to make. No, I don't have a tattoo and I don't wish to have. Tattoos will be permanent marks in our body. But I am not saying that you must not have it. I respect your choice for your body. Whatever will make you happy, do it. It is yours not theirs. Take care =)

I have two tattoos and I love them! My first one was hand drawn by one of my friends in high school. It is a very intricate cross on my lower back. My second one is the matching tattoo that my husband and I got when we first started dating. It is a heart with a rose and both of our names scrolling across the heart. We both have it tattooed over our hearts.
