ClixMX and Occupex are down?

I can't open ClixMX for 2 or 3 days. Now, today, I can't open Occupex either.
Both sites says "404 error", not even a single message from the site admin.
Are you guys ok? or you get the same?

I have been able to get into occupex with no problem. I am not a member of clixmx so I don't know about that site.
