Lost buxout referral clicks!!!

hi friends, I couldnt click on buxout on sat. i logged in on sunday and found a message - ur referrals clicks will not be credited for not clicking yesterday. i lost the only 5 cents from my referral.. i dont know what is happening in buxout...Is there a rule in the TOS that if u do not click one day, ur referral clicks will not be credited. i tried searching but couldnt find any such thing... any body with similar experiences.... please let me know
