I've never heard of this holiday before but came across it surfing the web one night. But every January 27th, people celebrate the man who invented the flush toilet. Mr Thomas Crapper. I thought this was so funny when I saw it and thought I would share. Any other weird holidays you've heard of?

That's a good one. Have you ever heard of "International, Talk Like a Pirate Day"? International talk like a pirate day is a parodic holiday invented in 1995 by John Baur and Mark Summers of Corvallis, Oregon, who proclaim that September 19th every year is the day that everyone in the world should talk like a pirate! Now, that's just silly :D
