The Characteristics that make the "best" drivers are few in many people, both men and women. In this age of fast paced lifestyles, irresponsible dealings, anger management issues and psychologically impaired individuals, driving remains as dangerous as ever.
It is true that not all men or women cannot drive, only those with fortitude and a certain level of willpower can compose themselves on the road. For a driver, making decisions within seconds and then carrying out that decision without hesitation is a key element. When comparing this with many of the research studies out there, men tend to do better in this area.
Women tend to second guess their decisions, not a bad thing in many areas of life but not a good thing when you are driving. But we cannot stereotyping everything because there are exceptions in both genders.
what is your stance on it? any experiences that help you in saying that which one is better ? which one is better?

To judge that women is the better drivers than man, we must look at the situation first. If we're talking about the slow and easy drive on a wide road, then women is the best because most of them likes to drive slow and carefully. But, if we talked about trapped in the traffic jam and have to a little bit "reckless" in order to move fast, then they will drop to number two. By the way, for woman drivers don't get me wrong because I written this based on the norm only. It doesn't mean all women drivers are like that. Because, still have some women who used "fast and furious" approach when driving, and they're really good ; )
