Public toilets.

I had a boyfriend who was a truck driver and I went out on the road with him for about a month. I had to use public toilets and even public showers, what grossed me out was when I had to use this one rest stop toilet (the metal ones with no seat that flips up and usually no door to the stall) Anyway I went into one of them and it looked like someone missed the toilet with their poo an it was all over the floor I nearly puked. I used a different stall and hurried up out of there. When there is paper seat protectors I will use them when there is not then I just go anyway and try not to think about it.

NO WAY, I do not like public toilets or other people's bathrooms. I alway go to the bathroom as the last thing I go before I leave home. If I am gone too long and have to use the toilet, I will squat. I was at an air show this year and had to go, because we got there really early in the morning. All they had were port a potties, I do not use those things at all, but I really had to go. My husband used it and then waited for me to go, it took me over a half hour to get up the nerve to go in there. Now, my husband on the other hand will leave home, and a half hour later he is looking for a restroom to use. He will go to any bathroom, don't know who he can do it, but he does.

i hate using the toliet in public places i will try and see if i can make it home are stop by a friend place there are so many germs you can catch using public toliets. i no one person that caught crabs when using a public toliet not to mention all the other germs i haven,t mention.some are so nasty to just can,t use them your piss go back up when you see it.

I squat but my kids can't do that. For them I have antibacterial wipes which I use to wipe the seat, then I put down toilet paper before they can sit down. All three of them know how to properly lay out a seat with toilet paper before sitting down. I, too, think it's quite gross when people leave it dirty. My mother is disabled and short. She has to sit down. It's very difficult for her to move around in that small stall trying to clean off the seat and such before sitting down. Knowing this I make double sure I leave a clean area behind. It's just common courtesy.

Before I go out the last thing that I do is to go in the bathroom.I gave this habit to my children.I don`t like to use the public toilets because of infections and hygiene.I will be very angry when someone of my kids will have an emergency.In case of me I`ll try to wait until I go home

Personally, I dont really care at all. I dont think enough about it for it to worry me. Alot of people think to much about the germs so they dont use the toilets, I just go when I got to go. As for one time though, my friends wanted to go to a strip joint and I went with them, and thats when I really cared about using the toilet, so I squatted on that one.

i am not very confortable using the public toilet. i hate it because some time the cleanliness has not been preserve. i could not stand the smell. i prefer to just use the toilet at my house. it is much more cleaner compared to the public one.

Public toilets are not meant to used by the common man...they stink like rotten meat... I never use them even when on a long drive... i prefer to stop at a hotel which has a hygienic loo...Public toilets are disgusting

The reason for the pee on the seat is from those women that squat ( or men who do not lift the seat). And for goodness sakes, if you are that type of person ( I am not) have the courtesy of lifting the seat. Look the part you sit on is only your leg and butt, nothing else touches the seat.You WILL NOT GET SICK from sitting on the seat. I always carry tissues in case there is not TP, but nowadays they have these portable wipes in carry sizes. If you are concerned, wipe the seat down. But it is those who are concerned about dirty seats that cause them ( except for men with bad aim ) Or if you are really worried, take some papaer towels from the seat and wet them down with the soap and water and wash them off. Even my gram who was a real worrier just lined the seats with paper.

I have severe anxiety attacks about using public toilets. I usually hold it until I get home. I rather have a UTI than go to the public restrooms. But in the rare circumstance I sort of squat, but nothing touches any part of the toilet. I carry kleenex to wipe with.

Hey there! That sounds kinda gross. I really hate using public toilets so I make sure that I dump those nasty stuffs in our own toilet at home. But, If nature is calling you can't resist it. I'd prefer to sit than squat.

i'm very hate the public toilet that in fresh market. the smell is indescribable with some dry tissue there.. but if public toilet in supermarket or exhibition hall, i like it.. comfort to stay more than 30 minutes...i dont care pay 1 to 2 bucks... feel like in bedroom..huhuhu

I absolutley hate public toilets! Especially in New York! Women have it worse then men I think... And half the time there are no toilet seat covers available. Besides that we always have to wait in a long line lol..

well, i do use public restrooms. but i'd prefer them to be clean. i don't squat because i find it uncomfortable, but if i had to, like really had to and the only one available is this nasty one, then i'd probably squat and try to be as fast as possible. but for the most part of where i go, its decent looking enough to use it as normal. i don't normally get out as much anyway.

I hate, hate, hate public toliets!! They are never cleaned well and then you have hunderds of peoples butts touching them! I always use the restroom jus tbefore leaving home. I will use public ones if it's an emergenacy and some places are definatly worse than others. But I always put toliet paper or a seat cover over the toliet or squat so I don't get other peoples nasty germs.

lol. When I was a little girl, if I remeber correctly, my mom would hold me over the toilet while I went so that I didn't have to sit on it. lol. I have squatted before, but since my pregnancy, that is kind of hard. If there are no toilet seats, I will cover the toilet with tissue paper. and it sucks too, because by the time i make it in the bathroom, I feel like my bladder is going to burst, and you just really want to hurry up and let it out.

"if your butt sits on that seat your going to the bathroom with every butt that has sit there." Whoa, man. I have never really felt too uncomfortable with public bathrooms because I have always used them. When I was a little kid, as most little kids are, I would be very concerned to know where the bathroom was and if I could reach it in case of an "emergency" so bathrooms became more of a lifesaver than a lavatory of hell.

I have used public toilet for sometime while in town and i want to ge for a short call. But I have never gone for a long call in public toilet. What I don't like in public toilet is the smell that comes from them. In public toilet when inside sometimes it is very iritating in that when somebody has just come from along call you will get a bad smell sometimes can lead to your coughing. But sometimes I do get them convinince whenever having a call, I don't how one feels when using the toilet seat, will one day try but I do not prefer them for a long call. The other thing is that they can causes airbone diseases spread very fisrt if left under bad condition
