It looks as though i really am going to have to open up that nursing home in a few years, at least i know i won't be short of patients!! hehe Thanks, i like dark hair too, i just don't like it on me! The problem that i have is that it's not just expensive to get it dyed back but i don't even know if it's possible, it might go green! hehe i though about cutting a bit off at the back and bleaching it to see what happens then at least i won't have any disasters but i think it's probably worth going to see what the hairdressers has to say, i feel bad though coz she was really pleased with herself for getting it right as it was difficult to get the colour to take because it was so light before! but like you say it's me that has to live with it! xxx

Well, the shots are all very exposed. So I cannot really make out if your eyes are light brown or green.

Hiya! this is the only other photo i have that i think you might be able to see my eyes in! i think it does make my eyes look brighter although it makes the rest of me look quite pale! I have spoke nto my hairdresser and we're going to start lightening it again, it will take a while to get it back the way it was but at least we can make a start! thanks for the response! xxx

if you say so mands, we all believe you!! hehe I think he might be going soft in his old age, but he needs to be careful if he wants preferential treatment in the home!!! lol Am booked in next thursday to have some highlights and then will go back a few weeks later for some more, hopefully it'll be white blone again in a couple of months - but apparently it will break if i just bleach it now!!! eeeek!!! A step in the right direction at least though! xxx

Aw thank you! I can't explain why i don't like it this colour, i just feel as though i look pale, and not at all myself with it! i suppose i am just so used to having it blonde that i feel strange having it any other way! I'm having it a bit lighter to start with but not full on blonde and will build up to having it as blonde as it was before!! You said exactly the same thing as my mum, i just don't feel like myself, and not as confident, without my blonde hair! sounds silly i suppose!! hehe thanks for taking the time to respond! xxx

do what you like ,be yourself is great ,my mum ofen asks me to cut my hair short,ut i do not ,i like a little long hair ,i think it cool ,you can give me some advices if you see my photos ,hehe....

Thanks, i'm kind of glad somebody agrees with me! I think it does make me look pale because it is so dark, i think it probablt looks darker in this photo though as the light was bad in the room where it was taken!I want to dye it back as soon as i can but i don't know how easy it will be, it might go green if i bleach it!! hehe think i'll have to wait til i can afford to get it done at the hairdressers, i can't put up with it for very long, i feel like crying everytime i look in the mirror!! xxx

It's gonna be a gradual process because it would break if i were to bleach it all straight away but i am going to have some highlights put in next week and build on them until i get my proper blonde back again!! don't worry i'll keep you all updated on the saga that is my barnet!! lol xxx

Hey Opal! thanks for the vote of confidence but i just don't like it! lol My mum keeps going on at me about how much nicer it now looks, and i do believe that other people genuinely like it but i really don't! The problem is that it's still quite damaged so i don't know how well it's going to stand up to being stripped, i'm going to go and have a chat with the hairdresser and see what we can do! I need to change it somehow as it's really knocked my confidence, my friend who i went out with on saturday night even noticed that i wasn't my usual self! Who knew that hair colour could have such an impact on the way we feel!! xxx
