Friend, definatly friend. A friend will always be there, no matter what, if you choose your girlfriend over your friends and you and that girl brake up you have nobody then, where as if the girl brakes up with you because you spend more time with your friends of find them more important then your friends will be there for you and you can talk to them and they will help you if you are having a difficult time with the break up, i have the best friends in the world and would pick them over any girl any day any time.

But on the other side your girlfriend will not stay with you if you choose friends over her, while friends will understand it and still stick around. There is a great difference between one and another. YOu can be more loose with your friends but have to be more strict with a girlfriend , especially in early stages of reletionship.

Hi bladeboy,
I think it is really a hard question. Emm, cause I am a girl. I guess every girl wants her boyfriend pay more attention to her. But sometimes it really depends on situations. If your friend needs you urgently, and you just have a date appointment with your gf, you can tell your gf the urgency and I am sure she will understand you. Balance is the rule~
