I'm new and havn't made any money yet, how long does it take to make money here?

I've tried the paid to read email thing and it is insanely slow to make a dime! Too slow to pay out most of the time. How about this. does it add up quick?

I spend about 30mins a day on mylot. I have been a member for 2 weeks and I have earned $20.59. On a couple occasions i put multiple hours in on Mylot and I earned big. Your earnings refresh daily so you will see what you made today tomorrow sometime.
