hey men ,have you ever like this that you have trouble in getting to sleep,it you have met with this trouble,what time will you go to bed ,and how you feel??
recently ,i always have trouble in getting to sleep.so i stay up late into the night,i do not want to go to bed ,but next day ,i feel tired and have no energetic to do homework and have some classes,,i think i shoud change my act ,i should have been stayed so late in to the night,i think i should go to bed earily,
have you ever have trouble in getting to sleep?

Well I cannot say I have insomia because I can manage to sleep early and late.For now i usually sleep 6 am because I just change my sleeping routine for my fiancee..He is in germany and we have different time so one of us need to adjust.I am not really busy in my life so its fine for me..:-0 Well now I am sleeping a bit early about 4 am...

When I was younger I always had trouble sleeping at night so I was always lacking energy when it came to going to school,and on the weekends and during the summer I would stay up all night and sleep during the day which made it easier for me to get to sleep,now me and my fiance usually stay on a nighttime schedule and sleep during the day and stay up at night,but sometimes we sleep at night and stay up during the day,and now that I am with my fiance I do not have as much trouble sleeping as I used to.

I have always liked sleeping,and I think part of the reason I can sleep better is now because I am with the one I love,which makes it easier to sleep even at night,and that is the only thing I can suggest,is maybe if you find the one you want to marry you will not have trouble sleeping anymore,have a great day,good luck in your life,and Happy Posting.

oh you are a succeful man ,,how can you do that you do not have trouble in getting sleep ,could you tell me ,,,,i am i often stay up late into the night to do some reading or homework or surfing the internet,,and now ,i always go to bed at about1.30..if not ,i cannot get to sleep , as a result ,i think it is annoying to go to bed

Insomnia had always been a problem for me. Sometimes, it's just difficult to fall asleep although my eyes are fatigued and slept late on the day before. It's like a vicious cycle. When I started to sleep late on the first day, my subsequent night will be sleepless as well, due to the disturbed biological clock in our body. I will feel less energetic during working hour (same as what you mentioned) and could hardly concentrate in complicated task. But I think exercise and drinking more water would help.

doing some exeicise and drinking more water would help.thank you for you useful response,it make me know that waht should i do when i have trouble with my sleeping
yeah ,when we sleep late we will have no energetic to do something,we will in a low apirit by day,so we should know haoe to handle this problem and conquer it ASAPright??

You are right, such habit should be corrected as soon as possible. Therefore, it's good to go to bed early consistently, then we shouldn't have such problem. Besides, we should find out the root cause of our pressure in life. Pressure, worry, anxiety and etc are causes of insomnia as well. I just had 4 hours sleep last night, and I am not feeling energetic at all. Therefore, let's work together to get enough sleep for ourselves

Hello,Rowe! My normal time for going to bed is 1.00 AM and soon get in to deep sleep.It is my habit since my college days but not a late riser.Five hours deep sleep in the night is enough to maintain the metabolism.thanx.

i think so ,as for our adults,,we just need hours deep sleep in the night is enough to metabolism.but why?i am still have no clue about this question ,is it that we think too much about question by day,and in the night do not have a moon to sleep or we are to excited to get to sleep ,perhaps it is true,right?and may you dream a good dream when you get to sleep

I always have trouble getting to sleep. I don't know what it is but no matter how tired I am I can never sleep before Midnight! And I have to wake up between 6:30 and 7:30 depending on the week day! It is a vicious circle that I can't seem to figure out. I do get enough sleep on the weekends but weekdays are usually pretty exhausting!

well you know what,perhps we are think too much by day and our minds are still active so we can not get to sleep ,,i think we should do some exercise and drink more water and do not think too much by day as a result we can dream a good dream this is to s ay ,we can sleep well

Well I try to go to bed at 10.30 because I have to get up at 7.30 to get my kids ready for school. Sometimes I don't feel like going to bed then so I stay up until 11pm and sometimes later than that. I regret it in the morning though because I am very tired!

oh ,you have your work to do .so you have to go to bedat 10.30,i think it is too earily to go to bed ,because i can not get to sleep in that time ,i always go to bed at about 1 .30,and the morning i do not get tired ,i need hourd deep sleep enough,i do no want to sleep more than 7 hours in a day ,just about 7hours
i think it do good to our health,,right

hi rowe.
my regular sleeping hour would be 12 midnight. the past few weeks though i had problem sleeping due to a number of thing that preoocupy me so i sleep later than that.
i have tried to sleep early before if only to be active the next day but it proved to me that it is harder to sleep early than to stay up till late.
i hope that your bother with sleeping will be addressed soon.

For me i used to go bed late like 10:30PM or 11 but ever since i've had my sone we go to bed when he does. There are so many nights that we don't get to bed to late because there's so much to do after he goes to sleep. But lately i go to bed early because i have to be at work at 7:00AM. That's early when you have to get up a couple of times a night with the kiddo anyway.

I constantly have trouble going to bed during the late hours of the night. This became quite a problem since I was having to get up early for 8 a.m. classes and I wouldn't be sound asleep till 3-4 a.m. I'm not sure about you, but 4-5 hours of sleep is just not enough to get by for the day lol. To remedy this, I became actively involved in running and calisthenics. I spend about and hour to an hour and a half Monday - Thursday working out and by the time 11:00-11:30 p.m. rolls around, I couldn't be happier to hit the sack. Maybe trying to incorporate some exercise into your schedule will give you that fatigue you require to get to bed at a decent hour? Plus, it'll keep you in shape and you'll be more alert during the solid hours of the day. Hope you work something out soon! Good luck!

hi rowe,
no i dont have sleeping trouble, i get sleep for long hours thats my problem but basicaly i go to bed at 10.30 but i will not sleep i will hear melodious songs or i wil talk with my g friend at night by mobile phone over one hour but i dont get troubled to get sleep but i took nery long sleep i will take ten hours sleep and then also i will get tired and sleepy at next day while working the same thing you have i think youn are fat so only this sleeping pros come.

Usually I go to bed between 9:30-10:15pm depending how quickly I've done with anything. Normally I fell asleep fast but it depends on how tired I am. If I'm stressed it may be longer for me to sleep, sometimes I could not sleep during the night that I woke every few hours but it only happens not many times. Yeah I got trouble sleeping before but now I need to sleep earlier so I can get up fresh at morning.

I usually go online when my daughter has gone to bed between 9.30 and 10 pm. I will mylot for a bit and check my emails and do some other stuff. I usually go to bed at past 11 or 12 midnight. But when I stay up till after midnight, I have trouble falling asleep. It seems like if I go beyond the stipulated time I'm supposed to sleep, I will have this problem. But soon enough, I will fall asleep sincI'm just so tired.

very first i faces same problem...but now i daily go to bed at 11.00pm but if before that i tried to go to bed i could not sleep...but as time comes near 11.00pm then automatically i go to bed. and as per my knowledge everyone should take enough sleep....if he wants to see good day...if not then he should be ready to face next bad day because of no enough sleep.
So fix your sleeping timings....so you will not get any more trouble.

i dont have regular time for bed. i have trouble finding a good sleep too though i'm already exhausted all day. since i work at home and always infront of my pc, i always find amusing things to do and when i'm hooked, it's causing me a delay to hop on my bed. "awww"

Earlier I used to sleep when the clock strikes 10. That's not the case,feel so bored to sleep even I sleep at 12,1 or even 2 sometimes.. I exercise more so that I'll feel tired and sleep off but still I am not able to..

It happened to me sometimes. I stayed awake till 1 in the morning and woke up to surf internet. I did that until my eyes got tired and back to bed again about 3 something. The worst part is I would wake up as usual on the next day!! This ended up a sleepy day for me and very unproductive to carry out daily tasks. I hope this won't happen so frequent in future.
