i agree. I think if your wired to do something crazy your going to do it no matter what kind of music you listen to. I think hard rock and metal ARE good stress relievers.

Metal is definitely the best style or genre of music! It sounds good, its fun to get into, it relieves my stress and anger. it is just simply amazing in my opinion

Well i think it is i mamage two metals one is my sons and also manager other kinds of music but i love the metal,it is a very good release of anger and it is good for depression,thats,my why name is mommamusc.

Every music has it's own significant toward the listeners itself. Mostly metal best relate to anger and stress due to hard thumping and blasted beat with the sound like the amp being cranked up to 10. Maybe when we screams into the music we lets out our emotions and this is good for letting out those stress from you.lol.

I love metal music! I'm not sure I'd say it's particularly better than any other style, but as far as anger management it's a pretty handy release. Plus the music is just good, angry or just loud. Headbang=therapy some days.
