Any good recipes for making fried chicken?

I like crunchy skin when it comes to fried chicken. I don't like the soft and soggy skin like the original recipe at KFC. I've played around with some recipes which call for crushing Corn Flakes and using that in the batter but I wasn't too happy with the chicken. Please share any good recipes or tips for making a delicious and crunchy fried chicken.
