There hundred of thousands of different weight/fat loss diets out there. A lot of them are skams or only work for short term weight loss and then you end up putting on more weight than you lost.
Not all diets work for everyone. Everyone has a different metabolic type and body structure. We store fat in different places and our bodies react differently to different foods. I tell my clients that the best way to loss weight and keep it off for the rest of their lives is to eat clean. To make educated discissions on what they are putting in their bodies. And portion control.Exercise is always an important factor. Energy in, energy out is the basics of losing wieght.
A study was done by John Jakicic at the University of Pittsburg that showed that intense exercise is the key to wieght loss and long-term weight management. They took 201 obese women and put them on different diet and exercise regimns. The group that ate between 1200-1500 calories a day and did vigorous-moderate exercise lost weight and kept it off the longest.
Still, people spend hundreds of dollars on pills and diet programs. What kinds of diets have you tried?

hi trudyanndac,
I eat vegetables and fruits, such as banana, apple. But sometimes it can't work normally, perhaps no matter what you eat, after it forms a habit, you can't lose weight then. Keep fit is quite an important thing,if i want to lose weight,i should care about it. And exercise,of course,is the thing i should keep if i really want to keep figure.
