If you want to lose weight, the method is very simple. You could stay up all night.
You should like more sports. I like basketball very much. I am also good at it. I was fat several years ago. Now I am strong and tall. I love my muscles and show to my friends.
You can have a try.

Keto is high fat and low carbs. You get your energy from fat and it eventually burns body fat. I really however recommend you only stop beng strict over every small detail in any diet, and just eat foods you know are good for you. You'll be surprised how often I did better when I just ate fruits, meats, oils, nuts, vegetables, everything natural without counting calories, and just exercised. I did better than any diet I've tried. Good luck.

Keto is a diet where you take no more than 5% of your daily calories from carbs. 30% of your calories should come from protein and the rest from healthy fats. What this basically does is make your body switch over from its main energy source(Carbs) into it's secondary source, fat. What this does is that your body believes it has run out of usable energy from carbs, and will tap into your body fat storage for the energy. Feel free to ask more questions if you wish =]

The diet that worked for me is the Southbeach diet but it only lasted for the phase 1 which is only 14 days, haha. I couldn't resist my breads and rice. So now i am trying to cut back my white rice and trying to exercise at least 20 minutes a day so I can get my energy up and loose weight. And I am increasing my intake of fresh fruits and vegetables and making it into juices or shakes.

I have always wanted to try Jenny Craig, but I can't afford to buy the meals.
I have done well with weight watchers. My only problem is sticking to the program. They teach you everything you need to be successful all you have to do is write things down and count points. Once I hit my goal, I got lazy and found myself 5 pounds heavier. Now I am back to trying to get those 5 pounds off.

Well I did have success with Jenny Craig. The food was pretty good, but after doing it awhile I got really sick of the food. Also, they don't really teach you to eat when you go off of it.

I found that taking vegetable more than meat everyday can help me lose weight easy. But no matter how hard I have tried, I still can not bear a long time with little meat. I love the taste of meat. it is quite delicious, much better than vegetable. But taking vegetable everyday, really help me to avoid many illness and keep my body in a good condition.
One side is the satisfying of the stomach, the other one is the need of the body. How hard to make a wise choice!!!!

Diets are a bad idea. Your case is really what most people find. Diets work while you are on them and once you go back to your normal eating you gain the weight back. It is a better idea to eat healthy and exercise and loose it that way.

I never thought I would lose weight,I often eat what I like, and I like eat anything that is delicious, such as choclate, tamatoes, but I am not so fat,and I think that there is a reasonable relationsship between diet and exercise.
