Help for simple on-line casino gambling needed

Hi there, I'm new to the whole myLot thingy and recently I've come across something that explained in simple terms how to profit from on-line casino gambling. It was something like this: 1) join as many on-line casinos as you can. 2) take advantage of the ones that offer you some free start up money. 3) Never play longer than 45 minutes in one casino, otherwise you lose. Unfortunately I've lost the site and can't find it any more. Can anybody help??? PLEASE
