If you are given a chance for abroad trip which country would you prefer and why

I'd like to go to England, where about half my ancestors came from. It's a toss up between England, Ireland and Australia--half my ancestors came from Ireland and Australia is beautiful, I've heard. With Hiccup on here posting so many great pictures and giving us small tours of the country, Australia is near the top of my list!

Hello smilyn, If given a chance I would prefer to go to canada or america, co'z I have some relatives there so I guess my trip would be exciting as I have chance to them there personally. Jeruselem has always been my dream city that I wish I can visit one day. There is so much to it, in it. Every square inch of ground is filled with history, a history that is four thousand years old. You can imagine the pull of that city - the city sacred to Jews, Christians and Muslims alike. There is something about Jeruselem which no other place can capture. It is an indefinable, mysteriuos, an almost metaphysical sensation that would fill every tourist.

I'm planning to travel to Ireland within the next few years to attend Trinity College in Dublin as a study abroad student. As soon as I pull my GPA back up to over 3.0 I intend to apply. I LOVE Ireland, I'm of Irish descent and I am just going out of my mind hoping to go to Ireland (AND THOSE ACCENTS OMG).

smilyn, where are you from? If I'm from Malaysia, a summer year long country. If I can choose where to trave, I would go for Japan especially during the not so hot weather. I would like to see the Sakura with my own eyes, and walk around their always busy city Tokyo. It has been my wish since young. Recently I just traveled London and Paris for some official work and at the same time for leisure. Between this two cities, I would prefer London more for its weather and the system in the country.

I would opt for USA. I always wanted to visit this country and take a trip on the famous Route 66 (drive the whole length of it) with a Ford Mustang GT (this is a childhood dream). Of course I would visit L.A. , Las Vegas and New York too; Washington doesn't seem interesting enough in order to visit it.

i would love to go on an european trip. it should be switzerland, france, germany, italy etc. don't know in life whether i will be ever able to travel abroad or not

Hi smilyn! I have only gone and traveled in one country, which is Hongkong, and I have loved my 3 days stay there. If given a chance once again I would definitely go back again and wander in this small island. Other in my list is Singapore, which is one of the safest country to be. I really wanted to see how developed this country had been and the progress that it had already built. I also wanted to experience and see how discipline the people of Singapore are. Though there are still many in my list, I think I will settle for these 2 countries right now.

Greece. Ever since high school, I always dreamed of going to that place. I've been reading a lot of historical facts and surfing lots of pictures and beautiful ancient buildings there like the Parthenon, the Colosseum, etc. And its my life's dream to see those places.

I love to travel... and i was able to do travel to different places in my country when i was younger... then i went abroad to work... and consider that travelling... now that i have a daughter to take care of... but if given the chance... i would like to go on a European tour... a few weeks will do for me... just to look at the sites and try a lot of food...

i had been to tasmania and melbourne and i simply loved the former. i want to be there again. however, if given a chance, i would love to visit turkey as i heard it is an exotic place. my impression of turkey is not too good as i remember their violence and agressiveness in soccer. however, my friends who had been there had high praises for it and said that it is a must visit place. so i would like to tkae a look and change my perception of turkey

i never got a chance to travel abroad..but if i got the chance...i'll go to thailand...cause i wanna see the Floating market and i want to taste the Fruit (i forgot the name) that they say taste like an ice cream..hehe

If i were given an international trip I would go for France...I love Paris and feel that it is the most beautiful city in the world...
