Hello every one on mylot. i find that a great deal of people seldom read books today.of course they have all kinds of factors in this thing.for example, some people are very busy without spare time and some people are very tired without good mood.however i think the most important reason is that most of people have lost interest in reading nowadays.though they have spare time reading ,they do not read some books yet.do you think so?please state your views.let us talk about this problem together.i hope you can joine it quickly.thank you.

hello everyone
i think the habit of reading is decreasing day by day
cos the computer had got the rule of everything and got control over the daily life .
the reading wants time and in todays life there is no time for reading books and magzine etc now everything is occupied by technology

I love to read and can't imagine not reading. Even when i had small children and worked two jobs i always had a book for thos couple of extra minutes a day that wasn't tied up. I get to read a lot more now than i did in those days but no matter how busy i was reading has always been a part of my life.

Yes you are right, the reason that you have stated are naturally a great reason.. These days people are reading less books. And probably these are happening because of the modern gadgets like computers and CD or DVD players, People are preferring to read more E books and some of them are also preferring to listen to the narration of e books, other than reading. Probably its a easy way out.

I agree with you, there are definitely less people reading books today than there probably ever was. This has been a long time coming, at first people probably watched tv instead, now they are spending lots of time on the computer or on cell phones texting people. There are a lot more things for a person to consume their time with now than there have been in the past.
