Are strawberries less in calories?

There was a person that told that strawberries are very goo when introducing them in your diet.I wonder how much calories they have and because they are one of my fav fruits I use to eat them regularly.Do you know something on strawberries?

Probaly abaout 40 to 55 calories depending on how big the strawberries are.

Yes. Strawberries are low in callories, high in vitamin C content, contain much fibers and are delicious! The more red a fruit, the more nutritious, so they definitely should be part of your 5-a-day.
The strawberry in it's present form would not have exsisted without humans, just like many other fruits. It has been improved by a selection from small berry that still grows in the wild in woods.

Oh love strawberries any way i love fresh picked wash them and just down and eat all i want,i love with fat free whipped cream,when i was in the hospital they brought me the bst fruit plate i have ever had.
