Living with an autis daughter

My friend has a daughter who live with autism. Her daughter is sometimes uncontrolled. And now she has a little son too...She sigh to me how she is very tired for taking care both children. One day when she bathing her son, her daughter suddenly jump from sofa to glasses table. She ask me if I know any solution to handle autis children. Do you have any suggestions?
