Hello my friends on mylot. i am from china."lenovo" is the most famous brand of computer in china.in 2006 year,she bought the business of IBM's pc.i want to know that whether you know the brand of "lenovo"?or have you hear of it by other ways and medias.

yes i have heard about Lenovo a lot.It is one of the leading manufacturers of Laptops etc.I am from India and here mainly HP,Acer,DELL.IBM,Compaq laptops are famous but the best one is from DELL.I am not saying it stats show it.The best is DELL then comes Toshiba then HP then all others.But as far as buying a Laptop is concerned it depends on what type of usage you will have with your Laptop.If you look for looks HP is the best and if you look for higher usage then DELL and Toshiba will suffice your needs.If you want to know anything more about it I am open to more questions.

i don't think so.The race is just between Dell ,HP and Toshiba..but its mainly between HP and DELL as i am concerned thats why i don't think it is going to happen in near future..

lenovo is definitely a big and trusted brand name in India though it faces stiff competition from companies like HP, DELL, HCL and others still it has a good response do far specially in the laptop division

Isn't Lenovo part of IBM? I thought the two brands were like sister companies just like HP and Compaq are. I don't think Lenovo bought out IBM though.. I'm not so sure. Lenovo laptops are quite expensive! And they don't look stylish at all. I looked through some a few months ago when I was looking for a new laptop. I got myself a Toshiba Satellite by the way. :)
