Where do you get your motivation to exercise(jog)?

My motivation is plain and simple. I exercise because I want to keep myself healthy. I read a lot of articles about the benefits of exercise and it inspires me a lot to keep on exercising. And besides once you've gotten used to exercising regulary it will become part of your life. Your day will never be complete without exercising. Your own system will dictate you to go and exercise. It will become a habit you can't resist. All you need is the willpower to be able to make a good start...then the ability to keep it regulary until your system gets to absorb it and you become addicted to it. Well, it's a good addiction so no problem. Try it!
