Natural food are mostly good for health which are less in fat too and keep us active all the times say energetic. I prefer to have CARROT and I like it so much. So which is your best natural food you like to have

the best natural food i like is fruits and juices cause its tasty and also healthy. light in digestion and also good for your skin, bones and brain so that else do u want i start my day with a healthy breakfast and then eat fruit during the day also.. bye

1st. Green tea - it's full of antioxidants and I love the taste. It makes a great drink 2nd. Apples - taste great, full of fiber and low in calories 2rd. Milk - I love milk since young

There are so many natural food that I like. I like guava, radish,carrot,water chestnut,papaya but most of all I like cucumber because it is low in calories and good for skin.Plus it can be eaten in sandwiches,salads,raita etc. So it gives variety in taste too.

I prefer banana which is available in all season. I also like Carrot (red) but it won't be available in all season. In winter season carrots are available in fewer prices. So you can eat as much as you want. Do you like to eat raw carrot. I hope you like it. I only like to have raw carrot. Radish is also available in winter and also very good for health. But all people don't like the taste. What about you. Have health food and stay healthy.

My choice is apple.Apple is a natural blood purifier and we can in fact loose weight by eating an apple daily..This has been recently published in the Readers Digest. An apple roughly gives us 70 calories and it takes 140 calories to digest it.. by eating an apple, we actually loose 70 calories..So, go grab an apple daily and keep your excess body baggage away...

I also prefer Carrots and some others, like Potatoes, oranges, kiwis and so on. I vary the ranges of natural food rather than try only one type. But I keep the primary food as well, for example, everyday I eat one bulb of carrot.

i like apples.its good for the eyea,the teeth,for our digestive and excretory system.practically,apples are good for our body.an apple a day keeps the doctor away right? apples has natural sugar in it so for you can still satisfy those sweet tooth of your.lots of water is also good for the body. i also like carrots.i like to eat them raw.they taste somewhat sweet.and they are also crunchy.
