Yes we do get paid I think for as long as our comment is substantial enough to earn us points. What I mean is that it should not be plain thank you. You must comment back to in more sentences but with good thoughts in response to what he has posted.

And by the way, I am talking through experience. I've been getting good earnings simply by commenting substantially to my respondents. You try it to know for yourself. Your comments must be more than 4 sentences.

Ok so we get paid if the comment is 4-5 liner...just like we get paid if the response if 4-5 liners. So i get it now.Are there any new rates for this or they are the same as for a discussion?

Nobody knows the exact rate we are paid here. It's not safe to give wrong calculation 'coz it is against myLot guidelines. But I know I am being paid. I just do not bother how much. Whatever comes into my account, that I thankfully accept.

We are paid for commenting in the responses that your discussion receive. If you are not commenting in your own discussions, you are losing some opportunity to earn more money here. Have a nice day!

i think we only earn from the response/s you got from your discussion and not with your response to each of those response yet i am not very certain. i need to dig it again so as to know better but i am pretty sure that we earn from the response of our discussion. and also, it is just wise and prudent to respond to each of those who responded in your discussion unless it's not plain thank you and of those sort and it is also a violation of myLot's rule to say thank you to all of those who respond unless you have said some more else.

I have been here for about seven months now and I have learned a lot about mylot in those seven months, firstly I have learned that you do get paid when you comment on responses on your own discussions, and you also get paid if you comment on responses on other peoples discussions, and how much you get paid depends on how long your comments are but I think you get paid more for starting discussions since how much you make depends on how long the discussion is,how many responses you get and how many people rate you positively.

Good question for I was wondering this myself. I've stated discussions and someone would reply back, and then I would place a comment back to what they said and I really don't think you do get paid for that. All of my comments or discussions almost always is at least a paragraph long and upon checking my earning it really doesn't seem to reflect payment for it. I know one of your responses said that we would if it was more than a thank you or short to the point, but how can one really tell?

If the thing like this, doesn't it encourage people to comment on their own post? So they would go to another discussion and make comment there rather than stay in their post. I think there would be some way that myLot calculate how you get paid. But for certain, when you make the comments on your own discussion, that will keep the discussion alive and the longer it is, the more you get paid.

What i understand about it is that we don't get paid if noone responded to your topic and you were the only one who put some comments in it. cause it's kinda "monologic".

hello mano, no you only get one point for a discussion you create upon the first response...you don't get a point if you answer responses...
