In this world of technology, we all spend more time browsing. If there had been no internet, our lives would have been totally different. We would be concentrating on something else at the time we spend on browsing..In that case, what would have been your most preferred hobby that you spend most of your free time?

If internet is not available, then I think my most favourite hobby would be playing games. I like to play games since childhood. I played even more after I got my own computer. Although I know it's not good for health for playing games long hour non-stop, but most of the time I am so obsessed that I couldn't stop it. But right now, I prefer to spend time on Mylot rather than game. At least activity in Mylot pays, while playing games not . Happy posting and have a nice day!

People of this era could be hardly separated from computer isn't it? Be it for work or for fun. If there is no internet, I could still play computer game. But without computer, it would be quite boring. So, as long as I got the computer, I still have my entertainment.

Well take it that before the internet came along I was an avid reader, I always had my head in a book and I was always at the library borrowing books, I can't remember the last time I went into a library or picked up a book to read! Apart from my college books when I was doing research for a course, I think I would be studying more if I didn't have the internet as I love learning new things, reading was my hobby before the internet, I really should start reading again hey!

Yes, I think reading books have highly decreased with the increased usage of internet. We get all kinds of informations at the finger tips within seconds. This has highly reduced our books reading habit..

If internet has not been in existence I would have burried myself with books or endless baking creating nice aroma in my kitchen. Since this latest craze has came to light everything that I loved to do has been brushed aside to make way for a more fascinating world for me. This newly founded hobby has made me from a well read person to a lazy person as it is so easy to get information with only a press of the button I get the world latest info at my finger tips rather then flipping through pages books.

If there had been no internet, I would have a lot of time for my hobbies. Because honestly, I think I spend much time already on net. It's addicting.haha. So supposing, there will be no internet? I guess I'll be reading any kinds of books & magazines. As long as readable I would definitely grab and read it. I love reading much. Sometimes when there's no more reading materials available, I would scan some of my previous notebooks and read it. I also love to watch movies in my children's DVD player. But all these things I do whenever my children are in school. So that when they arrive I have time for them. Happy mylotting!

You are right..Internet slowly grabs away all our leisure time..So if there was no internet, sure we will get surplus time on hand..

I remember when internet was not yet that popular... reading and cross stiching filled my idle time... but now that the internet is very accessible... i found it more interesting than just reading or cross stiching... so if there was no internet... i guess i would be doing those two activities... or simply playing games in the computer...

I'd spend more time playing musical instruments, singing and reading. However, I can't help being online most of the time because I have an online job.

Of Course I would spend my time in Television watching some films. Thats what I was doing before getting a computer. I love to watch movies. I can watch TV continuously for 12 hours. Lol. I will watch TV till my mom shouts at me to give some break for TV. In that case only I used to switch it off. Lol. How about you?? You have not answered for that.

This is a nice one. I would probably enjoy skateboarding. Then again, if i'm thinking more about it, I couldn't have learned all the tricks I know now if it wasn't for it, so I don't know if you can put this as a hobby, since it derived from the other one :))

I love the net. Thanks God this is just a question but the net will be alive forever and even better. I would love to sing and dance and cook and make clothes. I would travel and eat good foods and spend time with my dogs.

It hard to image that all of the world's people haven't internet .I spend more than six hours on the internet .But if there is no Internet, the thing that i only can do is reading books .Just as the saying goes ,as long as one studies hard ,then wealth ,high-paying jobs ,and beautiful women will all come his way .The books let you learn how to deal with the relationship about others .What's more ,the books are character-building .

if there is no internet access, i would still spend large amount of my time on the computer playing games esp football manager. i can spend days and night on the game alone and i have never grow tired of it since i 1st started in early 1990s. the game is addictive. there is no other interest that i have that can keep me occupied for days. maybe i would play some soccer and snooker.

IF there's no internet, most probably I will be staying at home watching television or rented movies. Also, will go to cinema to catch some movies. Other than that, shopping will be next thing to do. If transportation is a problem, most probably reading is the best partime. I still remember during my teenager period, I didn't get to online as much as I can now. I did read a lot of books at that age. Currently, I read zero book as I have spend all my time on internet!
