After reading about Scour, I think that its not a site for the Indians. Because the Indian have to reach at least 50000 points to get $5 or this is what I read somewhere. But the problem is that I have already signed as a member but I think I am not interested in it now. Should I quit it? Do I have to inform the site so?

Well I must to say I absolutely love Scour, but yea! You are right! Users from outside: USA, Canada, UK, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands will get just 5$ for 50000 points and not 25$ for 6500 points.
However if you look on the FAQ about the question: "What is the reward program for my country?" They say: as we continue to grow and fortify our technology, we are confident that we will be able to offer an expanded rewards sistem in the near future.
That means that in the near future they'll give 25$ for 6500 points for more countrys.
Well, I think you're free to quit or not.
If you quit and after a period you'd like to register again, you'll be able to register with Scor with another e-mail address of yours.
Bye for now!

I liked the idea of Scour at first, and I worked very hard to achieve the first payout too. However, after reading a few reviews of the site, I found scour to be not worth my efforts and there were also skeptics about whether they really do payout
