Which Meat Do You Use - Freshly Dressed One or Frozen One?

We get freshly dressed meat in abundant in our local market. Normally people prefer to have the same, for the reason of getting fresh meat. But then the conditions in which they are selling such meat is quite unhygenic. Inspite of following strict rules laid out by local govrning bodies because of some or other reasons the hygene is not upto the mark.One more thing while getting freshly dressed meat you don't have choice of having a particu;ar cut as we can have it in frozen meat.It is always an element of doubt which haunts you weather the animal sacrificed has been passed the health check or not! These things make one to incline towards frozen meat which is being processed and marketted by some big reputed companies which are having all required infra structures with them to provide their customer with clean and hygenic meat.Thus though it is expensive than the local freshly dressed meat I personally prefer to have frozen meat of my choice cuts!
