can you sleep soundly or well every night?

I am often very tired. But i don't know why i am so tired but i can't go to sleep soundly. After i have a sleep, i am even more tired. i don't know whether i have gone to sleep or not. Why? Do you have some good ideas to help me go to sleep? Thank you.

I go to sleep well some time and sleep soundly sometimes because it depends on if i leave the tv on or not if i do sleep with the tv on then i sleep well but if i sleep with the tv on its then i sleep soundly

Sorry, I've never found the secret to sleeping well. I wake up several times a night unless I take allergy pills to help me sleep. I've gone months without taking any sleep aids and my patterns stay the same--they say if you make a schedule and stick to it your sleep will improve. Well, mine stayed the same--lousy! I even got checked out by a doctor and there's nothing wrong with me. You may be one of those people who, like me, just don't sleep well.

En, maybe i have nothing wrong. But i think bad quality sleep makes me tired during the day and prevents me from working well. I have to find ways to go to sleep soundly. My friend, i suggest you find some ways to sleep soundly otherwise we may fall ill because of it. Come on.

These are my suggestions to get a good sleep. Eat atleast 3 hours before you go to bed. A warm glass of milk just before going to bed might help. Listen to melodious soothing music, breathe deeply, keep your mind blank and close your eyes. Start from your toes and say "Relax, my toes, relax my feet, relax my ankle etc... etc.." slowly moving up to the very top of your head. Feel every inch of your body relax. You will slowly drift off to sleep. Try to get atleast 7-8 hours of sleep everyday since you seem to have a sleeping disorder. If you are having this problem for a long time, it is better to see a doctor because sleeping disorders might eventually be an indirect cause for other health problems. Good luck!

I can't eat because i am fat. if i gain much weight, my husband might leave me. Many people told me that a warm glass of milk is good for me. But now milk is going bad because the stuff that is made into milk has been polluted. I think i should listen to some music. I only sleep 6 hours of bad quality every day.

have you tried drinking a glass of hot milk? it works for me when i have difficulty going to sleep. but mostly i do get a sound sleep always. yes, when we are tired there are times that it is much harder to sleep. give it a try, who knows you will sleep soundly, sleep well, my friend!

If you are ensuring that you are actually sleeping the right number of hours, you need to go to your doctor as you might have a sleep disorder.
That is what I did. But mine is related to PTSS.
