Favourite food?

My favorite meal is lamb chops, done rare to medium rare. You get a couple nice chops, about an inch to an inch and a half thick, pan sear them on high for three minutes on each side, rub in some roasted garlic and dried, crushed rosemary and serve with mint jelly. It's the most tender, flavorful meat there is and, when seasoned properly and not over-cooked, can rival even prime rib for its flavor and consistency.
