What is the correct way of eating fruits?

Do you know the correct way to eat fruits?
Eat them on an empty stomach!!
Or
Eat them after your meals!!
What does doctor said?
My mom says eat them after your meals.
Is it correct? Fruits is very important for out health.
So we should know the correct way.

Hi,Dr. Rudolf Virchow discovered and proved that there are physiological reasons for eating fresh foods at the beginning of a meal. He observed that cooked food called up a great increase of white blood corpuscles in the blood, the same reaction that the body makes to disease germs and bacteria. This is the wonderful defense system of the body, the immune reaction" that protects us against disease.
Fresh things eaten at the beginning of the meal when appettite is keenest, satisfy the first sharp hunger and prevent overeating. Happy mylotting

I eat fruits instead of snacking on unhealthy snacks like crisps, biscuits, chocolate, cakes etc, if I am feeling hungry any time of the day I will eat a piece of fruit. So for me there is no real correct way, fruit is good for you, healthy and can be eaten any time of the day. But yes fruit for dessert instead of sugary foods like ice cream is far preferable and keeps us trim and healthy too!
