Hello friends, How many of you have a habit of running or jogging in the early morning and how long or how short you jog each day..
To be honest, I have fat stomach and my age is 22. I decided to go running in the early morning. Actually what I was doing is somewhere in the middle of running and jogging.
At the beginning, I use to run only 400 meters, after which I use to get tiered.
But day by day, I have increased the running distance.
Few days later, I jogged 800 meters, and then 1200 meters, and then 1600 meters, and then 2000 meters and then I managed to go 2400 meters continuously.
I am really happy now that inspite of having a fat stomach, I can jog for 2400 meters continuously. I was jogging only 3 days in a week. Monday, Wednesday, and friday. I have done this for 1 and a half month and no changes in my stomach. And I have already stopped running for a few months now.
Now I want to know two things .
1. In spite of having fat stomach, am I good at 2400 meters long running?
2. Also I need some tips and suggestions to run even longer.
Each and every tips and suggestion of yours are highly appreciated as I am believe every single one will come up with new and nice suggestions.

well as u said u run a quite long...and u have increased ur tendency to run...its very important to maintina proper body mas index...that is BMI....in medical terminology....it should be between 20 and 25 ....over 25 means u r fatty...over 30 means u r overweight obese....its actually ur weight divided by square of hieght in metres....

Keep up the exercise. If you enjoy running, then run. If you don't, then find another way to exercise that you do enjoy. Even if it doesn't get rid of your belly fat you need it for heart health.
To get rid of your fat stomach check out this website. Re-evaluate the way your eat and when you eat, and what you eat. You don't have to starve yourself to drop fat, you have to feed your body what it needs when it needs it so it won't store fat. Oh, and don't be put off by the word "diet". Believe my you won't go hungry on this eating plan.
