with the belife that government is out of control,
why should the people let them(govt, officials) create laws the are only intended to promote them selves or there agenda? perhapes we should start making laws by referendom,
by-passing govt.till we can get the kind of leadership there that is needed.
every state has a different set of needs, and no one is trying to address that issue.
there is too much government, and too many things that are being turned into law.
we need to discard all laws that dont need to be laws.
a ban on smoking,,is a good idea,,if its volitary.
what happened to asking people not to smoke?
what happened to parents telling thwere kids,,not to smoke?you lead by example,,parents,if you smoke, your kids will smoke.
thats just one small thing,we have become chained by laws that we dont need.
especily laws concerning buisness.
well, ill stop and let you respond.
iv probubly over looked some things,,so bear with me.
but you get the idea,,to much government,,too many laws.

I think the government should be scrapped because they are backwards with thier so called laws. i think people should set respectful rules, like the no smoking in public places rules and stuff like that. I,m a smoker and things like helps. xx

of course you understand, criminals will try to take addvantage of the lack of laws.
so you must be carefull to reduce the law/laws incrementaly.
not without thought, and not all at once.
laws are a good thing.
rules are a good thing .
but people must be willing to follow them, and they must make since.
